QA / QC
- All materials — tube sheets, tubes, pipes, plates, sections, forgings & BQ plates — are procured from approved manufacturers / vendors.
- Materials are procured as per QAP / project specifications.
- Critical / special materials are procured under reputed third-party inspection (BVIL / IIS / TÜV), or by deputing our own QC engineer at the supplier's works as per approved QAP.
- Welding is carried out per established WPS & PQR to ASME Sec IX.
- Galvanizing / painting is done as per QAP / project specifications.
